Here at Richard R Green High School, we offer a variety of science course selections which are varied in subject and sophistication to offer students an opportunity to pursue their interest in Science at various levels with a range of choices such as regents classes (living environment and earth science) as well as Advancement Placement courses (A.P. Biology and A.P. Environmental, A.P, Psychology) and elective courses such Marine Biology and Science literacy and our culture.

Across the board, these courses give students a flexible, interesting, and comprehensive view of science giving students the opportunity to grow their minds and perspectives about the world around them. Our philosophy is to promote and encourage curiosity, We want students to acquire a scientific attitude to deal objectively with the problems encountered in their daily lives and to leave Richard R Green with a basic understanding and respect for science and its application in our ever-changing society.
