Girls Softball

Coached by Pete Cocheo since its start in 2004, the Richard R. Green varsity softball team currently competes in the Public School Athletic League’s Manhattan C2 division. The team is coming off its two most successful seasons—2019 when they reached the quarterfinals and 2018 when the Wolverines turned in their best record and advanced all the way to the city semifinals. All players, regardless of experience, are encouraged to tryout. Willingness to work hard, desire to learn and improve, and a good attitude are all that is needed.
